Step 3. Pay the down payment and document preparation fee with a credit card
Step 4. Electronically sign paperwork from our team (purchase sale agreement, land sale contract, promissory note, ACH authorization)
Step 5. Set up auto monthly payments. First payment is due within 30 days after the initial payment is collected.
